What is an I-File?

Basically, an I-File is a profile with www.i-online.co.za that you will use to shop online C.O.D, log calls with our call centre, and perform various other tasks.

Here is what your personal or company I-File will let you do...

Online shopping

Once logged in, you will be presented with a personal shopping cart
You may buy the items in your shopping cart C.O.D, no credit card required. Your order will be placed, on receipt of payment into our bank account, we will order and ship the goods to you.
You may login any time and view all items you have bought from www.i-online.co.za
You may view and print invoices, according to items bought
7 day and 30 day accounts may become available on request

Call centre (for logging all your equipment repairs)

Manage your complete IT equipment infrastructure with our call centre
You may enter all your company's IT related equipment into your own personal database,
allowing you to easily log equipment repairs at the click of a button.
You are invoiced according to a suitable invoicing arrangement.
You may use your own call number system for logging calls
You will be provided with a username and password for each of your employees placing calls,
each having the ability to update their own calls.
You may assign individual permissions to each of your employees that use the call centre. i.e Employee 1 may log and update calls, but Employee 2 may log and update calls, as well as sign calls off. The system will be completely customisable by you.
