• What does a STD Printer Repair include?
• Removing the printer from site to one of our workshops nationwide
• Rejuvenation of all rubbers, rollers, gears.
• Rejuvenation of contact points on all PC Boards.
• Fault finding on (paper feeding mechanisms,
  service errors on LCD display, setting contrast etc.
• Board repairs, clearing of Toner blockage in print path etc.

1. Printer paper feed test (non-impact printers Inkjet/Laser):

• Test and configuration of paper sensors.
  Test and configuration of pick-up rollers.
  Test and configuration Heater lamp/corona wire.
  Test and configuration of Scanning/fuser/imaging units.

1. Printer paper feed test (impact printers Dot matrix):

• Test and configuration of paper sensors
  Test and configuration of tractor feeder unit.
  Test and configuration of print head and impact pins.
  Test and configure ribbon cable.

Final Stage

• General cleaning of all covers and components.
• Printing of 50 test pages to insure perfect working condition.
• Return of printer to site within 24/48Hrs unless quote pending
  
  

Replacement of any faulty components will be handled on a time and material base
i.e. if a repair exceeds the above STD repair a further quote will be issued
to be approved before completion.

(MONITORS)

• What does a STD monitor Repair include?
  
• Removing the monitor from site to one of our workshops nationwide.
• Test and configuration of vertical stage.
• Test and configuration of horizontal stage.
• Test and configuration of Power-stages.
• All PC-Board repairs and components replaced.
• Monitors on test for 24hrs to insure perfect working condition.
• Returning and installing the monitor back on site within 48hrs.

STD monitor repairs exclude damages to tubes and fly-back transformers
where a further quote will be issued to be approved before completion.
